Learner drivers and motor-cyclists will face more theory test questions from 03 September when the pass marks are driven up to improve road safety. 50 questions in 57 minutes and a pass score of 43 is the requirement. Imagine the improvement to road safety if all drivers were to complete this on a three year cycle.

Annual costs for compensation and accidents is £250 per second, with cost to the overall economy being £1000 per second.
