SITE LICENCE - enables HQ resources on any number of computers at a single location for a three year period, which is, thereafter, renewable. During this period, upgrades are provided free of charge with the exception of CD ROM installable versions, which are priced at a nominal £5 plus postage.  A volume discount applies, but even at the highest rate a single site license cost only £100pa. Licence fees can also be amortised within activation fees to reduce entry costs if preferred.
LAN & WAN - A single server installation requires a license fee for each site with access to the resource.

ACTIVATIONS - When an employee is registered for HQ resources an activation fee is incurred, which is also subject to a volume discount based on annual activations. The more activations the lower the price, the higher the value for money. Activations can be purchased in blocks of 50 or invoiced at the month end by prior agreement.

CUSTOMISED - Courses can be branded to your company's corporate identity, and have a dynamic multimedia corporate presentation in front of the courses. Prices are relative to requirement.

SUBSCRIPTION - This enables large users to access the resources with minimum upfront costs. A fixed price subscription is payable monthly over a 3 year term and balances the spending fluctuation of peaks and trough usage that can be otherwise difficult to budget.

BESPOKE DEVELOPMENTS - we are happy to quote for specific training modules as required.

DATPORT - The DatPort web portal is an integral partner to HQ training and assessment products. The audit trail and comprehensive range of reports it provides are included in the product activation costs. Other areas exist that are optional and carry additional costs such as DVLA licence information, e-booking training and Accident reporting.
